Corporate Yoga

Whether it’s a quick 30-minute yoga lunch session, a 15-minute meditative breathing exercise, or an hour-long break, employees will benefit from yoga offered during the work day.

According to The National Institute of Mental Health, U.S. employers lose roughly $70 billion a year due to absenteeism, lost productivity and disability caused by mental distress. Evidence shows just one yoga class a week in the workplace can improve communication, cultivate leadership and teamwork, and increase overall effectiveness, as stated in Corporate Wellness Magazine.

Benefits: Yoga in the work place reduces stress, increases focus, creativity and productivity, and boosts company morale. The practice of yoga increases serotonin, endorphins, dopamine, acetylcholine, and nitric oxide. Yoga decreases glucose, insulin, cortisol and inflammatory cytokines.

The corporate yoga package includes me coming to your business with all of the proper equipment and catering a class to fit your employees needs, they just need to show up. This can be done inside a conference room, empty classroom, lunch hall, or even outside.

Mommies Say Namaste

No babysitter needed for this class!

Moms, bring your babies to yoga with you! (infant-9 months)

Create a special time to bond with your baby while stretching and creating balance and stability in all areas of your life, starting with your body! We will target different areas of the body with a strong focus on working the pelvic floor muscles to increase blood flow and strengthen the surrounding area, as well as the shoulder and neck region, a spot known for holding tension.

Benefits: Yoga targeted for new moms and their babies will improve motor skills, sleep duration and patterns for both mommas and infants, help aid in digestion, fight postpartum depression, and allow you to meet other new moms in the area!
